Larry Stark serves as CEO / Founding Principal of National Valuation Consultants, Inc. (NVC), a full-service real estate valuation and consulting firm providing services throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean. NVC is the largest privately held commercial real estate appraisal company in the United States with a focus on quality of product and customer service; geared toward institutional real estate clients. Since founding NVC in 1991, the company has grown to include eight offices, with an extensive team of consultants, appraisers and research staff. NVC operates multiple valuation divisions, including: office, retail, multi-family, hospitality, land, condos, resorts and ranch properties, and health care to name a few. Robin L. Schween, MAI

Robin serves as a Senior Managing Director in NVC’s Real Estate Advisory Services division. As part of this role, Robin acts as the Account Lead in NVC’s appraisal management service for a large, institutional investor, while also serving as the account’s lead reviewer on a national portfolio of retail assets and manufactured housing communities. Robin is proficient in the appraisal of all types of income producing properties with valuation experience on a nationwide scale. Doug Needham, MAI

Doug has been involved in commercial real estate as an appraiser for more than 25 years. He joined NVC in 2014 and manages their Houston office. In addition, Doug lends his expertise as a review appraiser within NVC’s Real Estate Advisory Services group, reviewing a nationwide portfolio of industrial assignments on behalf of a large, institutional investor. Prior to joining NVC, he worked with a national appraisal firm valuing and reviewing all types of institutional real estate throughout the country. Full Bio »
