The retail valuation group at NVC has extensive experience with portfolio valuation assignments involving multiple assets located across the country.

The retail valuation group has a wide array of market data resources allowing us to focus on national, regional, and local market trends and transactions.  In 2010, NVC completed over 500 valuation assignments that involved various retail properties and retail property portfolios located throughout 33 states.
