NVC’s Land/Subdivisions group has been involved in a multitude of complex land development projects nationwide, from small single family subdivisions to large mixed use projects.

Recently, our extensive experience led the company to Las Vegas, where NVC was involved in the valuation of Coyote Springs, a 42,800-acre mixed-use development in Clark and Lincoln counties, and also Estrella Mountain Ranch, a 20,000 acre residential community in Goodyear, Arizona.

NVC’s Subdivision team has performed work for banks, life insurance companies and other financial institutions, and has experience in appraising a wide spectrum of land development projects in a variety of markets around the country.
