“Trophy Farm and Ranches” include land holdings that are so valuable due to their location, scenic qualities and/or natural resource attributes that the value of the land is too great to support normal farming and ranching operations. These properties tend to attract wealthy buyers who are typically interested in long-term investment potential, land preservation or conservation, trophy fishing and hunting, or legacy ownership.
