Dave Clark, MAI co-leads our Resort Properties Group. Dave has been involved in commercial real estate as an appraiser for more than 18 years, including the past 14 years with NVC.
Brian Stafford, who has been with NVC since 1998, has more than 25 years of appraisal experience. Along with Dave Clark, they are responsible for all aspects of the group’s work, including consulting and feasibility analysis, raw land valuation, ski resorts and ranches.
