NVC’s Land Development group has been involved in a multitude of complex land development projects nationwide, from small single family subdivisions to large mixed use projects.
Recently, our extensive experience in feasibility and valuation of large development parcels led the company to Las Vegas, where NVC was involved in the valuation of Coyote Springs, a 42,800-acre mixed-use development in Clark and Lincoln counties, as well as a 1,200 acre project in Henderson known as Inspirada.
NVC’s Land Development Subdivision team has performed work for large life insurance companies, banks, and other financial institutions, and has experience in appraising a wide spectrum of land development projects in a variety of markets around the country. |
