NVC's COVID-19 Response

NVC’s COVID-19 Response

As the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic continue and evolve, I want to share with you NVC’s plans to ensure the continuity of our business and the safety of our employees and communities. The top priority of our business continues to be the health of our employees, which in turn ensures uninterrupted service to our clients.

Through this pandemic, our business operations continue without interruption. Our business model and operating systems have allowed us to be able to work strategically and efficiently, and we continue to provide our valuation and consulting services on a nationwide basis to all our clients.

Our commitment and response to this crisis:

  • Continuity of Service: NVC implemented our disaster and contingency plan which has provided our teams with the infrastructure and systems necessary to meet the challenges presented by social distancing regulations. This has allowed our entire staff to carry on via remote operations, ensuring the continuity of service to our clients.

  • Adherence to Core Values: Since the establishment of our firm more than 28 years ago, our focus has been on two guiding principles: client service and quality of product. We remain committed to these core values and understand the importance of considering and communicating the potential impact of the coronavirus in our valuations. Perhaps now more than ever, we are committed to ongoing conversations with our partners throughout the commercial real estate industry to ensure we are capturing and incorporating changes in the market in a timely manner.

  • Employee Well-Being: In addition to having our valuation team work remotely, we have implemented procedures to prioritize the health and well-being of our staff. This includes suspending all non-essential travel, adhering to all social distancing guidelines and conducting meetings virtually for the foreseeable future.

NVC will continue to monitor the impact of COVID-19 on our work and will keep our clients apprised in the event it causes any changes to our current operations. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions, and thank you for allowing us to serve you.

Stay healthy and safe,

Larry W. Stark, MAI, CRE, FRICS
