Matt Ansay, MAI
Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer

Matthew (Matt) D. Ansay, MAI, Chief Operating Officer, has been with NVC since 1994.  In his role as COO, Mr. Ansay is involved in all aspects of the company’s day to day operations, including bidding, structuring and engaging appraisal assignments. Carter Morrison, MAI
Senior Vice President

Carter D. Morrison, MAI, has 25 years experience in real estate appraisal and consulting. He serves in various capacities at NVC, including oversight of our land development and special assets group. In addition, Carter fills the role of Senior Review Appraiser, directing our employee training, internal review and quality control of NVC appraisals. More »

Jim Moher, MAI
Executive Vice President, Mid-Atlantic Regional Manager

James G. (Jim) Moher, MAI, serves as the Mid-Atlantic Regional Manager for NVC. Mr. Moher originally joined the Denver office of NVC in 1994. From 1997 through mid-2001, Jim was an Assistant Vice President in the Phoenix office of NorthMarq Capital, a large privately owned commercial real estate financing company. In 2001, Jim re-joined NVC to head up the regional office based in Cincinnati, Ohio. More »

Jeff Keller
Senior Vice President, Southeast Regional Director

Jeffrey P. (Jeff) Keller serves as the Southeast Regional Director of NVC, and heads our Atlanta office. Mr. Keller joined NVC in September, 2003 and is responsible for managing the Atlanta regional office, leading the production effort and reviewing all work product produced by the office. Prior to joining NVC, Mr. Keller served as Vice President and Senior Appraiser with a commercial real estate appraisal firm in Atlanta. More »

Nick Wuensch
Vice President, Regional Director

Nicholas L. (Nick) Wuensch serves as the North East Regional Director of NVC. Mr. Wuensch joined NVC in May, 2007 and is responsible for managing the Princeton regional office. Prior to joining NVC, Mr. Wuensch served as 10 years as Vice President and Managing Director with an international appraisal firm, American Appraisal Associates, heading their Appraisal Management Services division. Prior to American Appraisal Associates, Mr. Wuensch served as Director, Real Estate Appraisal with a major institutional real estate investor, Prudential. More »

John Wright
Vice President

John W. Wright serves as a Vice President in our Atlanta office. Mr. Wright originally joined NVC in 2004 and re-associated with the firm in 2007. In addition to performing valuations, feasibility analyses, and consulting assignments for commercial real estate assets, he also is actively involved in NVC’s marketing and expansion of its practice areas. Representative assignments performed by Mr. Wright include the Department of Navy’s acquisition of property for SEAL Team 22; valuation of master planned developments throughout the United States; and, appraisal of institutional properties in urban markets ranging from Boston to San Francisco.
